Based on transcriptome data from the UK's "100,000 Genomes Project", revealing the diagnostic potential of RNA-seq for rare diseases
RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) can be used to analyze the expression levels of all genes, even unknown genes and novel transcripts. In recent years, with the rapid development of next-generation sequencing technology (NGS), it has provided the transcriptome with excellent coverage, sensitivity, and gene segment specificity.

Establishment and performance evaluation of a candidate reference method for whole blood immunosuppressant ID-LC-MS/MS
Abstract Objective: To establish a candidate reference method for detecting immunosuppressants (Tacrolimus, Sirolimus, Everolimus, and Cyclosporin A) in whole blood using isotope dilution liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (ID-LC-MS/MS), and to evaluate its performance. Methods: Whole blood samples were pretreated using protein precipitation (PPT). ID-LC-MS/MS was used for the quantitative detection of Tacrolimus, Sirolimus, Everolimus, and Cyclosporin A. The analytical performance (linearity, limit of quantification, matrix effect, precision, and accuracy, etc.) of the established candidate reference method was evaluated.

PCR laboratory contamination prevention solutions
As we all know, among the laboratories in a hospital's medical testing department, one is rather special: the molecular laboratory. Other laboratories, such as the immunology lab, microbiology lab, and biochemistry lab, generally only require a large open area or one or two rooms to meet their experimental needs. However, molecular laboratories require partitioned experiments, with reagent preparation, sample preparation, and PCR amplification all needing to be conducted in separate rooms.
