Product Description: Plant Driect PCR Kit enables rapid detection of plant pathogens by direct PCR (polymerase chain reaction). These kits provide all the reagents required for rapid extraction of genomic DNA from plant leaves and amplification of the target by direct PCR. The kit contains a dye that can be used as a tracking dye and can be conveniently loaded onto an agarose gel for analysis.

Application

Product features:

1. One-step extraction of plant genomic DNA required for PCR takes less than 15 minutes;

2. No need for freezing, mechanical disruption, organic extraction, column purification or liquid nitrogen freezing plant tissue, mechanical disruption, organic extraction, column purification or precipitation;

3. Specially prepared PCR ReadyMix, used in conjunction with the extract;

4. Hot-start antibodies support highly specific PCR amplification of genomic DNA;

5. The kit does not require loading buffer or tracking dye required for gel analysis;
