Product Description: This product adopts optimized buffer system and silica gel column purification technology. It only takes 10 - 15 min to recover 70 bp - 20 kb DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gel with various concentrations, and the DNA recovery efficiency is as high as 80%. In addition, this product can still be PCR products, enzymatic reaction system or other methods to obtain DNA fragments in crude DNA purification, while removing proteins, organic compounds, inorganic salt ions and oligonucleotide primers and other impurities.
