Product Introduction:Bacteria RNA Extraction Kit is a simple and stable method for the isolation of total RNA from bacteria (Gram-negative and Gram-positive). The kit consists of Bacteria RNA Plus Reagent and RNA isolater Total RNA Extraction Reagent. Bacteria RNA Plus Reagent contains optimized buffer system, chelating agent and protein denaturant, which can effectively inhibit endogenous RNase and denature protein. The total RNA extraction reagent for RNA Isolater is based on guanidinium isothiocyanate and phenol, which has strong lysis ability, can lyse the sample in a short time, and protect the integrity of RNA immediately. The combination of the two can efficiently extract total RNA from bacteria and improve yield and quality. The extracted total RNA is suitable for real-time PCR (qPCR), RT-PCR, Northern Blotting and other downstream experiments. This reagent is also suitable for yeast and other fungi RNA extraction.
