Method of use:Horseradish peroxidase-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG(H L)(HRP-labeled GoatAnti-Rabbit IgG(H L)) can be used for secondary antibodies such as Western, ELISA and IHC. HRP, namely horseradish peroxidase, Chinese name horseradish peroxidase, can catalyze ECL reagents (such as ECL, BeyoECL, etc.) to produce chemiluminescence during Western detection, can catalyze TMB to produce blue color during ELISA, and can also catalyze DAB to produce brown precipitate during IHC or Western blot detection.

The horseradish peroxidase-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG(H L) was used for WB, ELISA and IHC. The dilution ratio of the secondary antibody should be adjusted appropriately according to the specific conditions of antigen and antibody during the experimental operation. For example, for WB, the recommended range of dilution that can be adjusted is 1:500-5000.

This antibody is a high-quality secondary antibody which is immunized with purified rabbit IgG, and then purified by affinity purification column, and purified by donkey, rabbit, goat, rat, guinea pig, hamster, horse and chicken serum. Almost no binding to donkey, rabbit, goat, rat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, chicken serum proteins (Minimal Cross-reaction to Donkey,Rabbit, Goat, Rat, Guinea Pig, Syrian Hamster, Horse and Chicken SerumProteins).

If the labeled antibody is used for routine Western testing, it can be tested for biological safety 20 times based on 10 ml of secondary antibody diluted at 1:1000 for each test: this product has been tested and does not contain infectious viruses or bacteria such as HBV, HCV, HIV, etc.

This product is only suitable for scientific research experiments and cannot be directly used for clinical diagnosis. The product has been sterilized and passed the biosafety test, but it still needs to be treated as a biological material and regarded as a potential infectious risk substance. Therefore, users need to operate in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in the process of use, preservation and disposal.

Friendly reminder: This product contains 50% glycerin and will not freeze at -20°C. If the product is exposed to high temperature for a long time, it will affect the activity of the antibody and the use effect. Therefore, it is recommended that the user immediately store the product at -20°C after use.
