Method of use:Biotin-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG(H L)(Biotin-labeled GoatAnti-Rabbit IgG(H L)) can be used for secondary antibodies such as Western, ELISA and IHC. After biotin labeling, subsequent detection can be performed using horseradish peroxidase-labeled Streptavidin or alkaline phosphatase-labeled Streptavidin. Subsequently, the detection system corresponding to horseradish peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase is used for color reaction or luminescence reaction.
This antibody is a high-quality secondary antibody obtained by immunizing goats with purified mouse IgG, then purifying the antiserum with affinity purification column, and adsorbing and purifying human IgG, bovine IgG, horse IgG, rabbit IgG and porcine IgG. There is little binding to human, bovine, equine, mouse, and porcine serum proteins (Minimal Cross-reaction to Human, Bovine, Horse, Mice andSwine Serum Proteins).
The biotin-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG(H L) was used for Western, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry analysis. The dilution ratio of secondary antibody should be adjusted appropriately according to the specific conditions of antigen and antibody during the experimental operation.
If this antibody is used for routine Western detection, it can be detected 100 times based on 10 ml of 1:1000 diluted secondary antibody for each detection.
Biological safety:This product has been tested and does not contain HBV, HCV, HIV and other infectious viruses or bacteria.
This product is only suitable for scientific research experiments and cannot be directly used for clinical diagnosis. The product has been sterilized and passed the biosafety test, but it still needs to be treated as a biological material and regarded as a potential infectious risk substance. Therefore, users need to operate in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in the process of use, preservation and disposal.
Friendly reminder: This product contains 50% glycerin and will not freeze at -20°C. If the product is exposed to high temperature for a long time, it will affect the activity of the antibody and the use effect. Therefore, it is recommended that the user immediately store the product at -20°C after use.
