FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) can be combined with various antibody proteins, and the combined antibodies do not lose the specificity of binding to certain antigens. They produce yellow-green fluorescence under the stimulation of fluorescent source ultraviolet or blue-violet light, which is observed by fluorescence microscope or analyzed by flow cytometry to identify, locate or quantify antigens.

This antibody is a high-quality secondary antibody obtained by immunizing goat with purified rabbit IgG, then purifying the antiserum with affinity purification column, and adsorbing and purifying human IgG, bovine IgG, horse IgG, rabbit IgG and porcine IgG. There is little binding to human, bovine, equine, mouse, and porcine serum proteins (Minimal Cross-reaction to Human, Bovine, Horse, Mice andSwine Serum Proteins).
