Product Introduction:Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is composed of FastStart Taq DNA Polymerase and ready-to-use PCR grade nucleotide solution. FastStart Taq DNA polymerase is a versatile enzyme that can be used in a variety of applications and on a variety of instrument platforms. The modified, thermostable recombinant Taq DNA polymerase is inactive at temperatures below 75°C, but is activated by a 2-4 min thermal activation step at 95°C. Due to its inactivity at low temperatures, FastStart Taq DNA polymerase cannot prolong the non-specific primer-template hybridization that may form at these temperatures. The optimized PCR buffer system and GC-rich solution enable the enzyme to handle a wide range of templates.

Scope of application:Taq Plus DNA polymerase is a thermostable, chemically modified form of recombinant Taq DNA polymerase. During set-up PCR, the enzyme was inactive in the 15-25°C range and then activated at 95°C during initial denaturation. This enzyme provides superior results due to its unique enzyme design and optimized buffer system. Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is an ideal tool for hot-start PCR because the enzyme remains inactive during the set-up of the PCR reaction until the initial denaturation step. Product Introduction:This product is a mixture of Taq DNA Polymerase and a protein containing 3 '→ 5' exonuclease activity (proofreading activity), with 6 times the fidelity of Taq DNA Polymerase. Compared with ordinary PCR enzyme, this product has stronger amplification performance, higher fidelity and yield, and can be used for PCR amplification with genome as template within 10kb and PCR amplification with plasmid and lambda DNA as template within 15 kb. The product includes Taq Plus DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and an optimized buffer system that allows amplification with the addition of primers and templates, reducing pipetting operations and improving throughput and reproducibility of results. And the reagent is a dye pre-dye mixed reagent, which can be used for electrophoresis directly after the PCR reaction. The 3 'end of the PCR product, with A, can be cloned into the T vector.
