Product Introduction:This product contains Long Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, enhancers and optimizers for PCR reactions, and stabilizers at a concentration of 2 ×. When used, the PCR reaction can be carried out only after adding the primers and templates required for the experiment, which can minimize human errors, and has the advantages of fast, simple, and good stability. It is used for short-chain and long-chain DNA amplification, especially suitable for long-chain DNA amplification. The end of the PCR amplification product obtained by using this product contains an A base and can be directly used for TA cloning.

Use scope and method:This product is a mixture of Long Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer and other components, can be used for short chain and long chain DNA amplification, especially suitable for long fragment DNA amplification. The method of use is as follows:

1. Completely melt 2 × MasterMix in an ice bath, and Minispin collect the solution to the bottom of the tube after mixing.

2. Prepare the reaction system in 0.2ml PCR tube according to the following table
