Product Introduction:The present kit is passed through an ion exchange adsorption column to obtain high purity plasmid DNA. Nucleic acids in the neutralized lysate mixture are exchanged with exchangeable ions in the ion exchange column under specific conditions, and other impurities such as salts and endotoxins are removed by a rinsing step. The maximum DNA loading of the ion exchange adsorption column used in this kit is 500 μg. The purified plasmid DNA can be directly used for downstream experiments such as transformation, DNA sequencing, enzyme digestion, labeling, transfection, PCR and southern blotting.
