Product Description: This kit contains a complete set of DNA crude extraction and PCR amplification system, which is suitable for rapid identification of mouse genotype (Rapid Genotyping). It can be used to quickly release genomic DNA from mouse tail, ear, toe and other tissues. The product can be directly amplified by PCR without homogenization, fragmentation, overnight digestion, phenol chloroform extraction, DNA precipitation or column purification, thus shortening the experiment time. Amplification can be carried out only by adding primers and templates, reducing the operation of tube opening/pipetting, reducing the risk of cross-contamination of samples, and improving the detection throughput and reproducibility of the results. The unique protective agent allows the Taq Plus Master Mix to maintain stable activity after repeated freezing and thawing. The system is pre-mixed with electrophoresis buffer and blue Loading Buffer, which can be used directly after the reaction, and is convenient and quick to use.

Application

Product features:

1. This product is a special lysate based on proteinase K. The lysate is directly used for PCR amplification without extracting the genome;

2. CR amplification enzyme is blue Mix, which can be amplified by adding primers and templates, and the amplification products can be directly detected by electrophoresis;

3. It is widely applicable to the amplification of target fragments within 2 kb and multiple PCR reactions within 4 pairs of primers.
