Key words:

Key words:

Nucleic acid gene series-Marking secondary resistance series

At present, the company's main products are laboratory equipment and bioactive formulations of research and development and sales. Among them, laboratory equipment mainly includes protein purification device

Product number:BD3231

Product Introduction:The Blood Direct Kit Blood PCR Kit provides all the reagents required for the rapid extraction of DNA from whole blood and the amplification of targets by direct PCR (polymerase chain reaction). This new extraction system does not require any type of purification, organic extraction, centrifugation, heating, filtration or alcohol precipitation. The kit also includes specially formulated PCR preforms that can be amplified directly from the extract. This formulation uses an antibody-based hot start for specific amplification. This blood PCR kit contains an inert dye that can be used as a tracer dye to enable easy loading of the PCR reaction onto an agarose gel for analysis.

Product features:

1. Efficient 8-minute preforms allow greater speed and throughput;

2. No organic extraction, centrifugation or alcohol precipitation is required;

3. Hot start antibody, used for highly specific PCR amplification of genomic DNA;

4. Can be used with whole blood or blood card;

Stable extraction at 4°C for at least 6 months;

Compatible with any format (single tube, 96 holes, etc.);

Simple 3-step procedure without special equipment;

8. This kit does not require loading buffer or tracking dye required for gel analysis. PCR products are suitable for direct cloning and sequencing;

Product specifications:1 ml, can be customized

Save condition:-30~-15 ℃ storage, ≤ 0 ℃ transportation

Scope of application:This blood PCR kit has been used to extract genomic DNA from blood samples, peripheral blood leukocytes, mouse endocervical swab eluate and parasites. It is also used to perform the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with oligonucleotide primers.
