Product number:HT3152

Product Introduction:In this preparation, HotStart Taq enzyme, dNTPs, MgCl2 and reaction buffer required for PCR reaction were prepared in advance into a 2-fold concentration mixture. The PCR reaction can be carried out only by adding templates and primers and diluting them to 1-fold concentration, which greatly simplifies the operation process and reduces the pollution during the PCR operation. The HotStart Taq used in this product is a Taq enzyme treated by a special process, and its polymerase activity is inhibited before heating to a high temperature, thereby inhibiting non-specific annealing of primers or non-specific amplification caused by primer dimers at a low temperature.

Product features:

Simple:Consistent with conventional hot-start Taq enzyme reaction conditions, there is no need to change the amplification procedure.

Efficient:Effectively reduce the generation of stray band and drag band, so as to achieve high specificity of PCR.

Sensitive:Specific gene fragments can be amplified from 0.05ng of human genomic DNA template.

Stable:After testing, the amplification performance is still not affected after 40 times of repeated freezing and thawing.

Quick:The reagents necessary for the PCR reaction are all set in one tube, and the reaction system can be prepared in a few minutes.

Product specifications:1 ml

Save condition:-30~-15 ℃ storage, ≤ 0 ℃ transportation

Scope of application:The PCR product amplified using this preparation has an "A" overhang at the 3 'end and can therefore be cloned directly into the T vector. During use, attention should be paid to: 1. Use after dissolution to prevent uneven ion concentration; 2. Select the appropriate number of cycles according to the purpose of the experiment. Too few cycles will cause insufficient amplification. If the number of cycles is too large, the amount of amplification will increase, but the mutation rate will increase and cause non-specific amplification. 3. Set the appropriate annealing temperature according to the Tm value of the primer. If the annealing temperature is too low, it will cause non-specific amplification. If the annealing temperature is too high, the target band may not be amplified.
