Product Description:Stable, clear and accurate DNA molecular weight Marke, agarose gel electrophoresis is used to calibrate the molecular weight of nucleic acid.

DNA Marker/Ladder consists of double-stranded DNA fragments of a specific molecular weight, which has been mixed with a loading buffer containing a blue dye and is suitable for use as a DNA molecular weight standard in agarose gel electrophoresis. All fragments of DNA Marker/Ladder were obtained by plasmid digestion and purification, and the bands of Marker/Ladder were clearer and denser during electrophoresis. The quality ratio between the bands was more accurate and true. The 750 bp fragment in the DL2000 Plus DNA Marker, the 1,000 bp fragment in the DL5000 DNA Marker, the 500 bp fragment in the 100 bp DNA Ladder, and the 5kb fragment in the 1kb DNA Ladder showed a bright band at a DNA concentration of 100 ng/5 μl; all the other bands had a DNA concentration of 50 ng/5 μl.
