RNA Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1, responsible for the company's RNA technology new projects and new products of independent research and development

2. Responsible for RNA sequence design, synthesis, circularization strategy, purification, analysis and process development

3, responsible for the process development, in order to achieve g level or above RNA production

4. Work closely with other teams to achieve project development goals

5, responsible for patent applications, the formation of independent intellectual property rights

Requirements:

1. Major in molecular biology, genetics and other life sciences, director level requires doctoral degree, about 10 years of work experience

2. Have the relevant background of RNA research, in-depth understanding of the relationship between the secondary structure and function of RNA, and understand the variable splicing, translation, modification and immunogenicity of RNA;

3. Have at least one experience in RNA design, synthesis, purification, analysis, process development, etc.

4. Circular RNA related experience is preferred

5. Strong learning ability, excellent oral English is preferred
