Work content:
1. Able to develop biochemical and immune diagnostic reagents, including latex turbidity, chromatography, chemiluminescence, enzyme immunity and other technology platforms;
2. Able to solve the general quality problems in the production process;
3. Cooperate with other departments to modify the trial production and related documents, and according to the actual production situation, modify and improve the relevant standard operation documents to further standardize the production operation;
4. Perfect, timely and accurate experimental records and timely and objectively report the experimental process to the superior;
5. Complete other related tasks arranged by the department head;
Job Requirements:
1. Have more than one year experience in research and development of diagnostic reagents;
2. Strong learning ability, able to resist work pressure;
3. cheerful personality, good at communication, with team consciousness;
4. Be able to find and read relevant professional literature.
