Protein Purification Engineer

Responsibilities

1, responsible for the completion of protein expression and purification process development, and complete the product from small, pilot and scale-up production conversion.

2. Be responsible for optimizing the production process of mature products to ensure good reproducibility of the production process.

3, responsible for solving the complex production problems encountered in the production process, to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality.

4. Independently complete the design and implementation of the experimental scheme, regularly do a good job in analysis and follow-up summary and other related work, and complete the writing of the experimental scheme and protein purification process SOP;

5. Responsible for protein purification process analysis and protein structure identification;

6. Assist R & D colleagues to complete other R & D work.

Post Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology, protein purification and analysis experience is preferred;

2. Proficient in prokaryotic expression and eukaryotic expression of recombinant proteins, proficient in antigen and antibody purification methods (affinity, ion exchange, hydrophobic, molecular sieve, etc.) and the use of related instruments and equipment (AKTA, pilot chromatograph and concentrator, etc.), and have a deep understanding and understanding of protein purification theory and practice;

3. Understand the protein structure analysis method and have a certain inclusion body protein purification and renaturation experience influence.
